Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defective product, we will also cover the cost of return shipping. Items that do not meet the return criteria (e.g., used or damaged products) will not be refunded.
